Holiday Cottage in the Salo Archipelago – An Archipelago getaway in Särkisalo
Rustholli 17 offers a cozy setting for a relaxing cottage holiday in Särkisalo, in the archipelago of Salo. The cottage is a spacious 98 m² log cabin built in 1993, with sleeping space for up to 8 people.
Inside, you'll find a spacious living area for spending time together and a well-equipped kitchen for cooking. There is also a dining area for shared meals around a large farmhouse table. The cottage offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests. Comfort is further enhanced by an air-source heat pump, a heat-storing fireplace, and wireless internet access, making remote work at the cottage possible as well.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, dishes, and cooking utensils.
The sauna and washing facilities are equipped with an electric sauna stove and a shower. The separate toilet includes a washing machine and a hairdryer.
Outside, there is a furnished terrace, a gas grill, and an electric smoker. You'll also find a rowing boat, life jackets, and fishing equipment. The yard is surrounded by nature in a seaside landscape, offering the chance to enjoy the peace of the archipelago all year round.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction stove, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and a smaller refrigerator for drinks. It also has a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, and utensils for cooking and dining.
Sleeping arrangements in our cottage
There are sleeping spaces for several guests. The bedroom has a double bed, and the upstairs loft offers sleeping space for four. The large sofa in the living room can also be opened into an extra bed for two if needed, so the cottage is equally suitable for a family or a group of friends. In total, it accommodates 8 people.
Outdoor areas
The cottage also features a glazed veranda and a large terrace, where you can enjoy meals or relax and cool down after a sauna. Near the cottage, there are two additional buildings containing equipment for various outdoor activities.
In addition, guests have access to two shared waterfront areas. The nearest one is approximately 40 metres away, while the other, where the cottage's rowing boat is stored, is about 200 metres from the cottage. Instructions for finding this beach can be found in the information folder available in the cottage.

Our glazed veranda features a table for four people, making it the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast or other meals.
Terrace
The terrace features two dining sets: one seating four people and another seating eight. There is also a gas grill available on the terrace for outdoor cooking and dining.
Nearby Beach
The nearest shared beach is located approximately 40 metres from the cottage. It offers easy access to the water and is an ideal spot for swimming, relaxing by the shore, or enjoying the peaceful seaside surroundings.
